We are committed to ensuring we have a fair cancellation policy,

You will be able to choose one of the following two options if you have to cancel your booking because UK government public health measures mean that it is unlawful to travel to or make use of the motorhome you booked:

1) We will refund you the full amount you have paid for your booking.

2) Transfer to a later date 

Subject to availability, we will help you move your booking with no admin fees, but please be aware that if the cost of your new booking is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference.
